Born and raised in Dalat and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and world-renowned restaurants, Chef Peter is a pioneering force in modern Vietnamese cuisine and one of the country’s most influential culinary figures. Guided by a vision of a contemporary Vietnam that honours its heritage while embracing global perspectives, the Vietnamese-American chef reinterprets traditional flavours using refined French techniques and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Beyond the 1-Michelin-starred Anan Saigon, Chef Peter also helms Nhau Nhau cocktail bar and the newly opened Pot Au Pho 2.0.
