An accomplished Australian chef with over 13 years of experience in all aspects of high-performing kitchen teams, Chef Kirk brings exceptional expertise in European techniques, further enriched by his extensive knowledge of Italian, Asian, and French cuisines. His culinary philosophy emphasizes quality, consistency, and innovation, with a passion for plant-based creations, fermentation, and luxurious dining experiences. As our new Executive Sous Chef who will be leading the culinary vision at angelina, Chef Kirk sets new standards of culinary excellence to shape the future of the Metropole’s dining offerings.
