Our sustainability management plan adheres to industry-leading practices, as evidenced by our Platinum Planet 21 status and participation in the Green Globe program.

To uphold our commitment, our Ambassadors receive comprehensive training in our sustainability practices from day one. Since 2022, we’ve eradicated single-use plastics from guest rooms and remain steadfast in this endeavor. We’ve implemented measures to reduce the frequency of towel and linen wash cycles, and diligently practice waste reduction, reuse, and recycling through strategic purchasing and waste sorting. Moreover, we’re transitioning all hotel lighting to energy-efficient LEDs to further our commitment to conservation.
