Chef Thibault is a talented visionary at the helm of several acclaimed French restaurants, including the celebrated Restaurant Anne in Paris – named after the Queen of France (wife of Louis XIII) and located within the historic royal residence Pavillon de la Reine – where his culinary vision and leadership helped the restaurant earn a prestigious Michelin star.
Having honed his craft in some of France’s most celebrated kitchens, he combines high-gastronomy precision with a deep respect for product integrity and the sensory power of memory. This approach finds its perfect counterpart in the iconic heritage and contemporary refinement of Le Beaulieu.
Sharing a commitment to elevating classic French techniques with modern, creative touches and the finest seasonal ingredients, Chef Thibault and Restaurant Anne’s Executive Chef Matthieu Pirola will join hands with our Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele for two nights only to present an exclusive 6-course menu of French fine dining excellence.
