Spice Garden is delighted to welcome back the ‘Essence of Vietnam’, its distinguished dining series celebrating the country’s diverse culinary heritage through exclusive chef collaborations between celebrated local chefs and the restaurant’s culinary team, led by Chef de Cuisine Duc Dang Minh.
This September, the series returns with its third edition – an exciting four-hands dinner with the acclaimed MICHELIN-Selected T.U.N.G Dining, renowned for its Twisted, Unique, Natural, Gastronomic philosophy. Known for its minimalist, ingredient-driven creations and modern approach to Vietnamese cuisine, T.U.N.G Dining will join hands with us to deliver a curated 8-course menu, promising an evening of sophisticated, seasonal flavours in the warm and refined ambiance of Spice Garden.
