THE METROPOLE HERITAGE PLATE

Weaving Vietnamese culinary artistry, craftsmanship, and heritage into contemporary life, and celebrating Metropole Hanoi’s 125th anniversary, we proudly collaborate with Bát Tràng Museum Atelier – a ceramic workshop founded nearly 50 years ago by the late People’s Artisan Vũ Đức Thắng – to introduce an exclusive gift collection.

Chosen from six colours at random and using the atelier’s signature layered glazing technique, each ceramic plate features a unique hue, celebrating the encounter of two legacies: Metropole Hanoi and Bát Tràng ceramics.

The Metropole Mooncakes are now open for pre-orders, with special privileges for orders placed by 13 September. The collection will be on display at L’Epicerie and available for delivery from 11 August.
