Our sustainability management plan adheres to industry-leading practices, and we have been Green Globe certified – a global recognition for the hotel’s profound commitment to sustainable development and societal impact, as shown by our many ongoing environmental conservation, social responsibility, and sustainable practices.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY MANAGEMENT PLAN

To uphold our commitment, our Ambassadors receive comprehensive training in our sustainability practices from day one. Since 2022, we’ve eradicated single-use plastics from guest rooms and remain steadfast in this endeavor. We’ve implemented measures to reduce the frequency of towel and linen wash cycles, and diligently practice waste reduction, reuse, and recycling through strategic purchasing and waste sorting. Moreover, we’re transitioning all hotel lighting to energy-efficient LEDs to further our commitment to conservation.

Our goals are clear: to develop sustainable business practices, comply with Vietnamese environmental laws, implement monitoring and audit programs for compliance, and establish a framework for effective environmental management.
