Chef Takagi will showcase his elevated mastery of ‘Kyo-ryori’ – the highly refined Kyoto style of Japanese cuisine, renowned for its sophistication and innovation in both flavour and presentation.
Fused with French haute cuisine influences from Le Beaulieu, the 6-course menu will be enhanced by the finest selection of Sturia caviar, offering a symphony of delicate, nuanced, yet powerful flavours.
