Believed to be Vietnam’s oldest continuously operating restaurant since 1901, Le Beaulieu revisits its roots through a 3-course set lunch and dinner menu of century-old classics. Savour signatures such as Lobster Bisque and Crêpe Suzette, prepared with guéridon service – recipes preserved through generations of chefs.
