125 Years of French Gastronomy

Believed to be Vietnam’s oldest continuously operating restaurant since 1901, Le Beaulieu revisits its roots through a 3-course set lunch and dinner menu of century-old classics and iconic creations. Discover Lobster Bisque, served au guéridon and believed to follow a recipe from the restaurant’s earliest days, alongside Café aux Œufs, a creative interpretation of the iconic egg coffee first created at Metropole Hanoi in 1946.

The Golden Era “Pho”
